DELIVERY TIME

We offer free shipping on all orders. Our estimated delivery time is between 2 - 25 days depending on where the order was placed from. You will receive your order anywhere from 2 - 25 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. See the chart below for estimated delivery time to your country.

Additionally, please be aware that we cannot provide a refund for your order unless you have received the product, or in the case of a delivery failure, until the product is returned to us. It's important to mention that delivery to remote regions such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, and others, may experience increased delivery times due to the distance. As a result, the delivery estimates may vary from what we typically show for the contiguous US. We recommend that you carefully review your order details to ensure accuracy and contact us if you have any questions or concerns about shipping or delivery. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

After your payment is verified, most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. However, if we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Orders may not be shipped on weekends or holidays. If you order on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

You will receive the shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that some items are shipped separately, and you may receive your order in multiple packages. In case you will receive more than one package, we will provide you an individual tracking number for each package.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & FEES

The last thing we want is for our customers to be charged extra. Therefore, taxes and VAT are included in the prices throughout our website. The vast majority (>99%) of our orders are delivered without any additional charges by the local government, such as import duties or taxes. However, if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your government. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

APO ADDRESSES

We apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO addresses at this time. We understand that this may be disappointing for those who serve in the military or are living overseas, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We encourage our customers to provide a physical address within the United States for delivery, as we strive to provide the best shipping experience possible.
