Having had a very delayed and protracted order for my Union Jack Mini floor mats, I was pretty annoyed. MiniParts got the broadside from me. However, Mini parts refunded me when asked and then lo and behold these amazing mats eventually turned up! Very very pleased so the bill was paid again by me with a little deducted for my inconvenience. I thought communication from them was good and although I probably wasn’t their best “customer of the day” when I was cross, I think they handled me very well and made good in the end. Marvellous mats too!
