Der Bestellvorgang bei Miniparts lief zunächst problemlos, leider war das gelieferte Autoteil trotz Modellangabe für mein Fahrzeug nicht passend. Besonders enttäuschend war für mich der Kundenservice: Ich habe über mehrere Kanäle versucht, eine Retoure bzw. Klärung zu erreichen, jedoch über Wochen hinweg keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. So etwas ist bei einem Onlineshop, der Kfz-Teile verkauft, aus meiner Sicht absolut inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde dort künftig nicht mehr bestellen. Wer dort kauft, sollte im Fall von Reklamationen vorsichtig sein.
The holder for the Mini is very nice, but unfortunately it’s not practical. The phone vibrates quite a lot in the holder. The device also comes loose from the display’s locking mechanism. It doesn’t click into place properly

Le produit est conforme. Par contre de petites indications de montage auraient été appréciées car il ne faut vraiment pas avoir peur de forcer pour arriver à le mettre en place de façon stable et au départ j'avais vraiment l'impression qu'il n'était pas bien adapté.
