I did not receive the item I ordered. I wanted to return it and get a refund so I followed the instructions to email or call for the return procedures. I tried for 3 weeks via the email listed, the phone number which did not work, their FB page, Messenger address, and the “comments” section on their website. No response. I then ordered the item I originally wanted from Amazon at half the price and free overnight delivery. BTW: the item I received cost twice the item I ordered so it would make sense for them to want it back. Buyer beware!
